Constitution Party – NOT the GOP – Palin’s TRUE Party

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

There is a political shoe (party) that is ready-made for Sarah Palin, the Political Dominionists and all the extreme followers that she appeals to – it is the Constitution Party.  And by NO coincidence, the Alaska contact organization is the Alaska Independence Party that Todd Palin is known to have been a member of until Sarah’s political career was launched and their affiliation was seen as a potential liability.

For those of you who are hearing of the Constitution Party for the first time I will include some snippets directly from their web pages:

The Constitution Party

“The Democrats and Republicans have squandered the Founders’ legacy of liberty and justice under the Constitution. Countless government officials in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government ignore their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.

Join the Constitution Party in its work to restore our government to its Constitutional limits and our law to its Biblical foundations.”

Preamble of the Constitution Party

“The Constitution Party gratefully acknowledges the blessing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as Creator, Preserver and Ruler of the Universe and of these United States. We hereby appeal to Him for mercy, aid, comfort, guidance and the protection of His Providence as we work to restore and preserve these United States.

This great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been and are afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.

The goal of the Constitution Party is to restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical foundations and to limit the federal government to its Constitutional boundaries.

The Constitution of these United States provides that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.” The Constitution Party supports the original intent of this language. Therefore, the Constitution Party calls on all those who love liberty and value their inherent rights to join with us in the pursuit of these goals and in the restoration of these founding principles.

The U.S. Constitution established a Republic rooted in Biblical law, administered by representatives who are Constitutionally elected by the citizens. In such a Republic all Life, Liberty and Property are protected because law rules.”

Now marvel at the attached video by Sarah Palin, delivered behind her desk in the Governor’s office in summer of 2008 praising the Alaska Independence Party and their shared ideologies.

“I’m Governor Sarah Palin and I am delighted to welcome you to the 2008 Alaskan Independence Party Convention in the golden heart city of Fairbanks.  Your party plays an important  role in our state’s politics.  I’ve always said that competition is so good, and that applies to political parties as well.  I share your party’s vision of upholding the constitution of our great state.  My administration remains focused on reining in government growth so individual liberty and opportunity can expand.  I know you agree with that.  We have a great promise to be a self-sufficient state, made up of the hardest-working, most grateful Americans in our nation.  So as your convention gets underway I hope that you all are inspired by remembering that all those years ago, it was in this same city that Alaska’s constitution was born.  And it was founded on hope and trust and liberty and opportunity.  I carry that message of opportunity forward in my administration, as we continue to move our state ahead and create positive change.  So I say good luck on a successful and inspiring convention. Keep up the good work, and God bless you.”

She and her representatives have made numerous statements of denial about the Palin’s affiliation with this organization that emphasizes secession as one of their founding platform issues.

Furthermore, view this video of the AIP 2008 Conference in Fairbanks, Alaska with the Vice-Chair Dexter Clark speaking about Palin, and their strategy for winning widespread elected offices using stealth AIP candidates.  It is completely overt!

The sound quality can be hard to understand so I have provided written transcription for the most pertinent points.

“Our current governor, we mentioned at the last conference, the one we were hoping would get elected, Sarah Palin, did get elected. There’s a joke, she’s a pretty good looking gal, there’s a joke goes around we’re the coldest state with the hottest governor.  [laughter] And there was a lot of talk about her moving up.

She was an AIP member before she got the job as a mayor of a small town — that was a non-partisan job.  But to get along and go along — she eventually joined the Republican Party, where she had all kinds of problems with their ethics, and well, I won’t go into that. She also had about an 80% approval rating, and is pretty well sympathetic to her former membership.“

If there is ever a time that is right for change, this is it.  In our own situation, we discussed several options.  Do we try and get our case into the International Court of Justice, or to the World Court?  Several Native Alaskan organizations are taking that route, independent of us. They want to do it on their own terms.  They haven’t realized, in my mind, the potential of their own political party.  The pitfalls of an organized political party – you don’t have any control over who joins that party.  They put the X next to it on the registration form, and if they join the — go into the primary, and win that primary, they’re your candidate, like it or not.

I think Ron Paul has kind of proven that. He’s a dyed -in-the-wool Libertarian. He came to Alaska and spoke as a Libertarian. And he put the Republican label on to get elected. That’s all there is to it. And any one of your organizations should be using that same tactic to infiltrate. I know that Christian Exodus is in favor of it, I know that the Free State Movement is in favor of it. I don’t know that they even care which party it is. Which ever party you see where you can get something done, get into that political party, even though it does have it’s problems. Right now that is one of the only avenues. If you can get a few people on the city council, or a town board, you can have some effect.

It is obvious when you read the entire Constitution Party Platform, then watch the Alaska Independence Party video, read the excerpts and visit the Alaska Independent Party web site, that to accept Palin as a loyal republican just is NOT accurate!

As I state in a previous blog…keep your eyes on SarahPAC.com as a barometer indicating her allegiance and intentions.  Currently it states an alliance with the Republican Party in its opening statement…and with the way some of them are publicly elevating their own profiles on the news of Palin’s “higher calling”.

And OH!  Before I forget…when you seek out contact information for individual states, guess what Alaska’s is?  Yeppers!  The Alaska Independence Party…SURPRISE – SURPRISE!

Now let’s watch the courting begin…GOP Chairman Michael Steele does an about face today and welcomes Palin to “come on in!”

Palin’s Sense of Duty to a “Higher Calling” – IS the Answer!

Monday, July 6th, 2009

Sometimes the obvious escapes us while we are busy digging deep in adrenalin-rushed excitement over the possibility of shocking revelations. There is a flurry of speculation by pundits, bloggers, supporters, and MSM (that includes YOU FOX News) over the reason(s) behind why Sarah Palin resigned her position on July 3rd, 2009 as Governor of Alaska.  After careful reading of her speech and the July 4th letter to her supporters, I am convinced that the answers are all there.

Follow my hypothesis:

Palin has made a very strategic and amazingly clever move that actually makes sense if you understand her underlying motivation and ultimate goals.  Her decision to NOT run for re-election was predictable given her future aspirations and where she and many others see her role in the Republican Party.  I think many of us saw that coming for quite some time now.

Where she absolutely took most of the world by surprise was tendering her resignation.  But talk about an attention getter!  If you wanted media exposure to convey a message, it would be hard to surpass the strategy behind this move.  Bravo!  And then top it off with a poke in the sides of the bloggers that hounded her and distract the real basis for this decision even further!

Her reasoning is clearly articulated if you simply read what she said and stop looking for more:

The following are excerpts from her speech announcing her resignation on July 3rd, 2009

Alaska’s mission – to contribute to America. We’re strategic in the world as the air crossroads of the world, as a gatekeeper of the continent. Bold visionaries knew this – Alaska would be part of America’s great destiny.

Productive, fulfilled people determine where to put their efforts, choosing to wisely utilize precious time… to build up.

And there is such a need to build up and fight for our state and our country. I choose to fight for it! And I’ll work hard for others who still believe in free enterprise and smaller government; strong national security for our country and support for our troops; energy independence; and for those who will protect freedom and equality and life… I’ll work for and campaign for those proud to be American, and those who are inspired by our ideals and won’t deride them.

I will support others who seek to serve, in or out of office, for the right reasons, and I don’t care what party they’re in or no party at all. Inside Alaska – or Outside Alaska.

My choice is to take a stand and effect change – not hit our heads against the wall and watch valuable state time and money, millions of your dollars, go down the drain in this new environment. Rather, we know we can effect positive change outside government at this moment in time, on another scale, and actually make a difference for our priorities – and so we will, for Alaskans and for Americans.

I do not want to disappoint anyone with my decision; all I can ask is that you trust me with this decision – but it’s no more “politics as usual”.

Some will question the timing. Let’s just say, this decision has been in the works for awhile…

[People who serve know]…life is short so they choose to not waste time. They choose to be productive and to serve something greater than self… and to build up their families, their states, our country.

Remember Alaska… America is now, more than ever, looking North to the Future. It’ll be good. So God bless you, and from me and my family – to all Alaska – you have my heart.

And we will be in the capable hands of our Lieutenant Governor, Sean Parnell. And Lieutenant General Craig Campbell will assume the role of Lieutenant Governor. And it is my promise to you that I will always be standing by, ready to assist. We have a good, positive agenda for Alaska.

In the words of General MacArthur said, “We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”

And now excerpts from Governor Palin’s “Happy 4th of July from Alaska!” letter to her supporters:

“I determined after prayerful consideration that sacrificing my title helps Alaska most.

I am now looking ahead and how we can advance this country together with our values of less government intervention, greater energy independence, stronger national security, and much-needed fiscal restraint. I hope you will join me. Now is the time to rebuild and help our nation achieve greatness!

God bless you! And I look forward to making a difference – with you!

Sarah”

This is a rallying cry!  She is not kidding when she states that she is not retreating – but advancing.  Once the decision was made by herself and other contributors to her decision as to how to best utilize Palin’s extraordinary popularity to advance the power and resurgence of the GOP, resignation was the ONLY option that makes sense for the following reasons – because she is now free to traverse this country unencumbered by official duties AND:

  1. Excite and ignite her base – a base broader than that solely of the GOP, bringing together extremists, Libertarians, Constitution Party members as well as GOP loyalists – all under one umbrella in a way that no other republican candidate has been able to achieve to date;
  2. Because of her “rock star” popularity she is an invaluable asset to the floundering Republican Party as a fundraiser for the GOP (whether Mitt, Newt, Huckabee or any of the rest of the presidential hopefuls care to admit it through clenched teeth);
  3. They can capitalize on her ability to generate untold numbers of evangelical extremists to register to vote significantly increasing the likelihood for success in local and national elections;
  4. And, while everyone debates over “will she/won’t she” regarding 2012, the GOP strategists are winding her up to let her go on the 2010 campaign trail in an all out effort to dominate local, state and congressional seats – by riling the masses into a pitched fervor through propaganda over Obama = Bad! Using all the scare tactics and fear-mongering popular in GOP campaigns such as Muslim, socialism, debt, non-aggressive defense posture, and the terrorism threat to the safety of our country;
  5. And THEN lastly, it does give her time to consult with the religious ghost-writer assigned from Zondervan [Christian] Publishing to meet her contract obligation for her upcoming book release in Spring of 2010…which is an incredible tool that will have tremendous impact on growing her followers when she does in fact, decide to throw her harpoon into the presidential race of -2012.____________________________________________________________________
Understand this…she is a devout believer in her role in the “Great Commission”.  Therefore, to stay on as a “lame duck” governor really does NOT make sense in terms of furthering the GOP goal of taking back the majority in Congress, and do what they have done best since 1976 – ramp up campaigns from school boards to city councils/assemblies to state legislatures to U.S. Congress – and ultimately 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
