Because unlike Clinton, Kennedy and a whole host of other political figures who have been caught with their pants down, these GOP religious frauds have been feverishly working to moralize America through the passage of laws controlling everything from freedom of religion, gay rights, definition of marriage (THAT one really cracks me up!), women’s reproductive rights, religiously motivated wars, the annihilation of public education in favor of religious schools and home-schooling – and on and on and on!  You can screw up whatever relationship you want, have indiscriminate sex with who ever you please, thump whatever scripture-twisted version of the Bible you choose – but KEEP YOUR BIBLE OFF MY BALLOT!

THAT’s why!

I don’t derive the slightest enjoyment from having to write about these slimeballs, but in light of their self-proclaimed piety and desire to dictate to the rest of us how we must live, it is necessary to document their failings.  We have to wake up to the reality of who they are and stop this insurgence of god’s law into our political landscape.  Enough already!  Am I mad? Yes!  I am so sick of them, and resentful that if we are not to remain vigilant, these slimeballs will tie their pulpits to our bedposts!

And they are so loving and compassionate.  As in the newest GOP cheating Poster Boy, Governor Gibbons of Nevada embroiled in a divorce case announced this week, for multiple incidences of adultery.  Check out this blurb about a quote from Gibbons who voted yes on school prayer, pro-life, defense of marriage,

Edison Misla Aldarondo, Republican Former Speaker of the House Puerto Rico, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for molestation of his daughter and her friend for eight-year period starting when they were 9, and two counts of giving alcohol to minors.

Randal David Ankeney, Republican activist from Colorado, who worked on several local republican political campaigns, Denver area.  Arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child with force with a minor that he met on the Internet. He told the 14 year-old girl that he was 25, in fact he was 30.  He faces 6 charges related to getting a 13-year-old girl stoned on pot and then having sex with her and also accused of sexually assaulting another girl.

Dick Armey Republican US RepresentativeTexas, former professor at North Texas State in Denton, anit-gay bigot has been accused by The Dallas Observer of sexually harassing at least female students.  This is the same area that Constable Larry Dale Floyd hails from.  (see his listing)

Jim Bakker, televangelist with Pat Robertson at Robertson’s ChristianBroadcasting network. Committed adultery with Jessica Hahn and then used charitable donations to pay her hush money. Fellow televangelists say he’s gay. Indicted on 23 federal charges of fraud, tax evasion, and racketeering.

Bob Barr, Republican Congressman from Georgia. Sponsored the anti-gay Defense of Marriage Act, saying “The flames of hedonism, the flames of narcissism, the flames of self-centered morality are licking at the very foundation of our society, the family unit.” Was married three times. Paid for his second wife’s abortion. Failed to pay child support to the children of his first two wives and while married to his third and present wife was photographed licking whipped cream off of strippers at his inaugural party.

Gary Bauer Republican Former Chief Domestic Policy Advisor under Ronald Reagan; unofficial Bush II adviser; noxious president, Family Research Council; failed presidential candidate; anti-gay crusader, and son-in-law of the Father of Dominionism lost nine staffers including his campaign manager, who quit in protest of Bauer’s inappropriate behavior with a 26-year old deputy campaign manager.

Alan David Berlin, Republican aide to Pennsylvania Senator, was arrested on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, attempted sexual exploitation of children and solicitation to commit sexual abuse of children and other offenses after being charged with “sexually propositioning a child online and suggesting the two dress up as animals and have sex.

John Allen Burt, Republican anti-abortion activist from Pensacola, Florida, convicted on five counts of sexually molesting a 15 year old girl at the home for troubled girls that he ran.  Burt began molesting her within weeks of her arrival at Our Father’s House, the ministery half-way house for unwed mothers established in 1978 by Burt and his wife.  Burt was a known violent anti-abortionist and saw himself as a member of an army for God.

John Collins Republican teacher and former City Councilman of Eatontown, New Jersey for 21 years, pleaded guilty to sexually molesting 13 and 14 year old girls. Collins, whose hatred of Democrats was practically palpable, was ultimately replaced by — you guessed it — a Democrat.

Larry Craig, Republican Congressman of Idaho, a Methodist Rancher On August 27, 2007, the newspaper Roll Call revealed that Craig had been arrested for homosexual lewd conduct in the men’s restroom at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on June 11, 2007, and entered a guilty plea to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct on August 8, 2007. In December 2007, eight gay men came forward to the Idaho Statesman newspaper alleging either sexual encounters with Craig, or attempts by Craig to engage in sexual encounters. Four of the men gave the newspaper graphic, recorded details of their alleged sexual encounters. One of the four was Mike Jones, the male escort who in November 2006 had been involved in a sex and methamphetamine scandal with Ted Haggard. Jones claimed that Craig had paid him $200 for a massage and oral sex.

Carey Lee Cramer Political consultant and anti-Kerry ad producer, tried for molesting two young girls, one of whom was his step-daughter (and the other a young relative) and was 8 yrs old; the step-daughter starred in an anti-Kerry commercial.  He was indicted in 2005 on six counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, and one count of indecency with a child by exposure.

Dan Crane, Republican Congressman from Illinois, married, father of six. Had sex with a minor working as a congressional page. On July 14, 1983 the House Ethics Committee concluded that Rep. Dan Crane (R-Ill.) had engaged in sexual relationships with minors, specifically 17-year-old congressional pages. In Crane’s case, it was a 1980 relationship with a female page.

Paul Crouch Televangelist, Former President of Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). Curtin Republican Committeeman from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, A state Republican committeeman in the Poconos has been charged with molesting a teenage boy at an underage beer party in a Stroudsburg motel.  Curtin and a 17-year-old boy walked to the motel’s parking lot, where Curtin allegedly committed a sexual act on the teenager, who is from New Jersey.  Police charged Curtin with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, furnishing liquor to minors, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.

Randy Cunningham Republican US Congressmen of California - Federal prosecutors are investigating allegations that Congressman and confessed-felon ‘Duke’ Cunningham was periodically supplied with prostitutes. Cunningham plead guilty to corruption charges, and is currently serving jail-time.

Richard A. Dasen Sr., Republican benefactor of conservative Christian groups,convicted of sexual abuse of children, promotion of prostitution and several counts of solicitation, enough to add up to a sentence of 126 years in prison. Brian J. Doyle, Deputy Press Secretary for U.S. Department of Homeland Security. On March 12, 2006, Doyle contacted a 14-year-old girl whose profile was posted on the Internet, and initiated a sexually explicit

conversation with her. The girl was actually an undercover Polk County Sheriff s Computer Crimes detective. Doyle knew that the girl was 14 years old, and he told her who he was and that he worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

During future onlinechats, Doyle gave the undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old girl his office phone number and his government-issued cell phone number, so that they could have telephone conversations, in addition to their online chatting. Doyle used the Internet to send hard-core pornographic movie clips to the girl and used the AOL Instant Messenger chat service to have explicit sexual conversations with her. [7]

John Gosek Republican Mayor of Oswego, N.Y., was arrested for the federal offense of “using a facility in inter-state commerce (a telephone) to knowingly attempt to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce an individual under the age of 18 years to engage in sexual activity for which he could be charged with criminal offenses, that is, rape in the third degree and criminal sexual act in the third degree” in violation of the New York State Penal Code..

Phil Gramm Republican Texas,  Democrat-turned-Republican; divorcé; anti-gaycrusader; porn producer Invested $7,500 (some sources say $15,000) in porn movie, Beauty Queens, in 1974. Jon Grunseth, Republican businessman and candidate for Minnesota governor, withdrew his candidacy after allegations surfaced that he went swimming in the nude with four underage girls, including his daughter, and tried to grope one. “I’ve made some mistakes” he said. USA Today

Dr. W. David Hager, Bush appointee from Kentucky, member of Focus on the Family’s Physician Resource Council, player in movement to ban the morning-after-pill. Had an adulterous affair, before divorcing his wife he sexually abused her, including sodomizing her in her sleep.  He espouses a conservative Christian view of women’s roles, including that they must be submissive to men and that men are to exercise paternalistic guidance over women; he describes his own role as a gynecologist in these terms.

Ted Haggart, pastor of a 3,000-member New Life Church, in Colorado Springs, Colorado and ex-president of the National Association of Evangelicals who preached often against homosexuality, spoke with President Bush frequently, and was held up as a pillar of “family values.” Turns out he had a sexual relationship with a male prostitute, who he also paid for meth-amphetamines.

Mark Harris, Republican city councilman from Wisconsin who is described as a “good military man” and “church goer,” was convicted of repeatedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl and sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Howard Scott Heldreth, anti-abortion activist from Chicago who gained fame during the Schiavo media-circus, was convicted of two charges of raping a child in 2002.  The rapes occurred while he was a vagrant while in Florida to garner attention from the Schiavo case.

Mike Hintz, a First Assembly of God youth pastor from Des Moines, Iowa, introduced by Bush on the campaign trail, and promoted his policies. Says he supports Bush’s values. Two months later, this married father of four turned himself into police, charged with the sexual exploitation of a child. Also signed an ad (that called for criminally prosecuting business that sell porn), together with another pastor who was repeatedly busted for public masturbation.

Neal Horsley, anti-abortion activist from Georgia, christiangallery.org, Has called for the arrest of all homosexuals. Admitted on the Fox News Radio’s The Alan Colmes Show, that he’s had sex with mules. He tells the San Francisco Examiner about the sex he’s had with other men… and with a watermelon.  He would kill his own son to secede from the Union.  Put photographs on his Web site of naked men engaging in homosexual acts and a nude woman engaging in bestiality amid shots of grotesquely maimed fetuses. Drug dealer convicted of possession of hashish with intent to sell. He calls for “the establishment of a new government, one that can obey God’s plan for government.”

He was fired when he made national headlines for setting up the Nuremberg Files site that listed the addresses and phone numbers of abortion doctors, and crossed off their names as they were killed. The efforts to shut him down went all the way to the Supreme Court.

Henry Hyde, Republican Congressman from Illinois, Judge who oversaw Clinton’s impeachment proceedings, prominent opponent of reproductive rights, who had an extramarital affair with a woman who was married and had three children, during the course of which she and her husband were divorced. Don Haidl, Assistant Sheriff of Orange Country, in violation of California’s rape shield law, led a smear campaign against the child his son poisoned and then violently gang-raped on videotape, adding up to 24 felony counts. Tim Hutchinson, Republican Congressman Arkansas, Baptist Minister, divorced hiswife of 29 years to marry a congressional aide he was having an affair with.

Bill “Wild Bill” Janklow Republican South Dakota, who has been elected by his Republican supporters for years either as Governor, Attorney General or Congressman.  Many Native Americans believe Janklow guilty of rape or sexual indecency on Jancita Eagle Deer, a minor and legal infant in his custody and care, on or about January 13, 1967, on the Rosebud Indian Reservation, South Dakota.  A few months after testifying in Tribal Court that she was raped at gunpoint by Janklow, Jancita Eagle was found dead, struck down by a car near Aurora, Nebraska — inexplicably, hundreds of miles from home.

Janklow has a long series of other charges against him that have been proved including a dozen speeding charges, the most recent of which involved driving some 70 miles over the speed limit (i.e. through a stop sign) and killing another motorist.  He was convicted of second-degree manslaughter, reckless driving, running a stop sign and speeding, and announced his resignation.

At one point he was elected even after telling his Republican supporters : ‘The only way to deal with the Indian problem in America,’ he admitted saying, is to put a gun in the AIM [American Indian Movement] leaders’ heads and pull the trigger.”

Earl Kimmerling, from Indiana, sentenced to 40 years in prison after he confessed to molesting an 8-year old girl after he attempted to stop a gay couple from adopting her. The Kimmerlings, who have been foster parents since 1991 and shared their home with about 50 foster children, legally adopted the girl Oct. 23. Custody of her three brothers was granted to the two homosexual men.

Randy Steven Kraft Republican activist campaigning for Goldwater, serial killer convicted of 16 murders and suspected of at least 51 others.

Rush Limbaugh, Republican Radio shock jock,  On October 3, 2003, it was reported that Limbaugh was being investigated for illegally obtaining the prescription drugs oxyContin and hydrocodone during his arrest, Limbaugh was booked, photographed, and fingerprinted, but not handcuffed. He was then was released after about an hour on $3,000 bail.  Then in 2006 he was popped by Customs returning from the Dominican Republican with a Viagra prescription in his bag without his name on it.

Craig J. Spence Republican lobbyist, associate of Lawrence E. King, Jr (see above) behind-the-scenes Republican powerbroker in Washington.
